The location is great. The hotel is close to the square. The breakfast was good with delicious options (especially the fresh pastries). The staff members were polite and attentive.

I found some aspects lacking. The receptionist was not particularly cute at check-in. The duvet on the bed was not large enough (for the size of the bed). The continental breakfast options seemed limited.

The air conditioning in my room did not work properly. It was quite warm, and I couldn't adjust the temperature. I reported it, but nothing changed . The promised extra towels I requested never arrived. I had to ask again the next day.

The location was amazing, directly off the main square. the staff were helpful. I found them the friendliest and most accommodating ever. i had a luxury suite main market square view, and it seemed like being a guest in a palace!

the duvet on the big bed wasn't large enough for two, and i found the pillows provided lacked comfort.
